Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated July 1, 2026
Veriwenk exists to make hiring more honest. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the rules that keep the platform trustworthy for everyone. It is part of our Terms of Service.
You must not
- Deceive or defraud: post fake companies, fake jobs, scams, pyramid schemes, “pay to apply” offers, or requests for money or sensitive financial information.
- Discriminate: post roles or make decisions that unlawfully discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics, or ask screening questions designed to do so.
- Harass or abuse: threaten, harass, demean, or target any person or organization.
- Misrepresent: impersonate others, falsify verification information, or manipulate Trust Scores, reviews, or the feed.
- Ghost abusively: employers should keep applicants informed; systematic silence and misleading applicants undermines the platform.
- Spam: send unsolicited bulk messages or post irrelevant or repetitive content.
- Scrape or overload: harvest data with bots, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with the Service’s security or availability.
- Post unlawful content: anything illegal, infringing, malicious, or that violates others’ privacy.
Reviews & reports
Reviews and reports must reflect genuine, first-hand experience. Do not post fake reviews, retaliate, or file bad-faith reports. Reports are confidential and reviewed by our team.
Enforcement
We may remove content, lower Trust Scores, revoke verification, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities. To flag a problem, use the Report option on a company or job, or the Help & support page.
