Welcome to Veriwenk. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veriwenk website, applications, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Veriwenk operates a hiring platform built on verification and trust, connecting candidates with verified employers. Throughout these Terms, “Veriwenk,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Among other things, you may not post fraudulent or discriminatory content, harass others, scrape the Service, or misrepresent yourself or your organization.

4. Employers

If you use the Service as an employer, you represent that you are authorized to act for your company. You agree to post only genuine roles, to treat applicants fairly and lawfully, to respond to applicants through the platform, and to comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data-protection laws. Verification badges and Trust Scores reflect platform signals and are not a guarantee by Veriwenk of any employer or role.

5. Candidates & your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile, applications, reviews, posts). You grant Veriwenk a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. Reviews and reports must be honest and based on genuine experience.

6. Verification & Trust Score

Verification and Trust Scores are generated from platform activity and checks. They are provided “as is,” may change over time, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any hiring or application decision.

7. Plans & payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan limits are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Veriwenk and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Veriwenk is not a party to the employment relationship between candidates and employers and is not responsible for hiring outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veriwenk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
