Applications & activity: job applications, messages, interviews, offers, reviews, reports, and feed posts.
Verification: information used to verify companies and users (e.g. domain and business signals).
Usage & device: log data, approximate location, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, match candidates with roles, calculate verification and Trust Scores, enable messaging and notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share it

Between users: candidate applications and profiles are shared with the relevant employer; employer and job details are shown to candidates.
Service providers: vendors who host, email, search, and process payments on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
Legal: where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your choices & rights
